Job Description
Location: Hyderabad (on-ground locations: tech parks, malls, public spaces, etc.)
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Compensation: Performance-based honorarium + Incentives
Reporting to: Fundraising Coordinator
Role Summary:
As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will represent LLI on the ground, engaging the public in meaningful conversations about our work. Your goal will be to inspire individuals to support our education programs through monthly giving or one-time donations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Approach potential donors in public spaces and introduce them to LLI’s work.

Deliver clear and compelling information about our impact and campaigns.

Encourage and onboard individuals to become regular donors.

Maintain accurate donor information and submit daily reports.

Represent LLI professionally, upholding our values and code of conduct.

Participate in team briefings, training, and performance reviews.

Daily Conversations (DCR)

Daily/Weekly Signups

Conversion Rate (from conversations to donations)

Debit Success Rate (monthly donor retention)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous fundraising or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
