About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facebook Ads Manager and Social Media Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space, especially in the areas of social media advertising, content creation, and online engagement.
The ideal candidate will be involved in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, assisting with video editing for promotional content, and handling various social media tasks such as posting, engagement, analytics tracking, and more. While prior experience is a plus, it is not mandatory — all necessary training will be provided. If you are a quick learner, passionate about digital trends, and have strong communication skills in English, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Facebook Ads Management

Assist in setting up, launching, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Ads Manager and other tracking tools.

Adjust targeting, ad creative, and budget allocation based on campaign data and feedback.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ad ideas and test strategies for better performance.

Maintain records of campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, ROAS, etc.
2. Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media advertising and promotional use.

Add text overlays, transitions, background music, branding elements, and effects as needed.

Trim and optimize video content for different formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, Feed posts, etc.).

Work with the team to repurpose existing content and turn it into engaging visual content.
3. Social Media Activities

Schedule and publish posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.

Help with community management – replying to comments, DMs, and engaging with followers.

Research trending topics and competitor content for inspiration and benchmarking.

Assist in planning content calendars, coordinating with the creative team and marketing lead.

Contribute to brand growth through organic and paid strategies.
