Role Designation- Associate Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.,
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives,
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum years of experience: 2 years,
• Experience with Trizetto’s Facets Application suite (front end & backend) with good understanding on Facets Data Models, Table structures and Key business workflows.,
• Facets EDI Processing, Claims Processing, Billing, Member Enrollment ,
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Blue Plans,
• Primarily responsible for delivering system analysis and system design documents.,
• Experience performing business analysis for work efforts with low to medium complexity,
• Analyzes the business needs, defines detailed requirements, and provides potential solutions/approaches with the business stakeholders,
• Leads and facilitates requirements analysis and provides consultation on Facets functionality to business users on how to implement the requirements using Facets,
• Determine the scope of the System in coordination with various cross functional teams like Business, Configuration, Conversion and System Architecture.,
• Ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.,
• Author System use case document, detailing out end to end process flow, job flow/scheduling, system rules, configurations and validations for solutions involving multiple systems with Facets as core system,
• Conduct review sessions with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze and translate business requirements into high level design ,
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, time management and facilitation Skills,
• Strong understanding and experience of SDLC and documentation skills,
• Proficient in understanding/ analyzing/ writing SQL queries,
• Knowledge of industry tools for requirement gathering, business processing modelling, defect/ CR/ Document Control tools/,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook), Microsoft SQL Studio, JIRA,Location of posting subject to business requirements.
