Selected fellow's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with government high schools and facilitate sessions on computational thinking, digital literacy, life skills, career skills, and gender, both level 1 and 2, for 8th and 9th-grade students
2. Ensure project implementation in schools, so that Key Performance Indicators of the project is met in a timely fashion
3. Build and manage relationships with School Teachers, HMs, Block/District Officials to raise awareness and increase advocacy and have greater buy-in for the program
4. Work on capacity and awareness building amongst parents and school staff about the project so that it can become a teacher-led intervention in schools
5. Plan parent meetings and other events at the school level, as necessary
6. Enable girl students towards STEM Pathways in higher education
7. Help students form student clubs, make their artifacts, and present them in front of various stakeholders.
8. Plan and organize two share out events at the school level, half-yearly and annually
9. Plan and organize volunteer engagement opportunities - virtual and physical - for volunteers to participate in
10. Ideate, conceptualize, experiment, and innovate within and outside the project framework to bring in new dimensions to the program
