Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

Brief description :

• Ensuring hygiene, comfort and safe work place for the associates. Carrying out regular floor walks and meeting stake holders to understand issues on the floor and addressing their concerns timely and getting feedbacks post issue closures.
• Space management across suntec offices. Allocation of seat and enabling the workspace for new joiners, updating and monitoring the space usage tracker and keeping the department head informed. 
• Managing contract staff (security, housekeeping, gardeners, technicians, canteen, guest house care takers etc). Preparing/Reviweing the duty roasters, monitoring day to day operations, assigning tasks based on requirements and ensuring they are deployed and operated within compliance framework.
• Identifying, capturing risks on the floor and raising security incidents with CISO. Preparing action plans to mitigate risks pertaining to Corporate facilities function and ensuring timely updation of risk registers. Educating associates on emergency preparedness programmes. Identifying ERT members, training them, carrying out mock drills, meeting them in regular intervals and creating awareness on safety across the associates on the floor. 
• Ensuring 100% availability of power and critical equipments through timely predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance programme plans. Liasoning with Service partners, managing electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, access control, UPS, HVAC, panels, breakers, earth pit, DG sets, lighting system, Fire alarm system and getting planned preventive maintenance done.

Preferred skills:

• Graduation with Electrical/Mechanical engineering with 0 to 1 years experience
• Any facility certification from IFMA would be added advantage
• Persons with MBA would be prefered, Freshers may also apply
