and Hyderabad.
● Managed invoicing and payment collection for multiple regions, ensuring timely submission and follow-ups.
● Processed and approved invoices within strict deadlines, ensuring 100% compliance with company policies
● Maintained comprehensive Excel master sheets on a monthly basis and updated daily payment collection
records
● Conducted daily bank account reconciliations and ensured alignment between GST portal records and Tally
Prime entries
● Enhanced accuracy by preparing detailed daily proof sheets, streamlining financial reporting processes.
● Kept detailed logs of client interactions regarding payment collection and reconciled vouchers such as
Sales, Receipt, Contra, Payment, and Journal entries.
● Overseeing the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility

their performance, and ensure adherence to the maintenance checklist.
