Facility Manager
Job Description
- Taking care of security, housekeeping and electro mechanical team
- Vendor management;
- Maintenance of Registers
- Mail checking and responding accordingly ;
- regular reporting at HO and concerned Site representative
- Service report checking;
- Other log reports validation;
- Attending calls;
- Meeting with client;
- Coordination with site team;
- Daily facility round;
- Conference calls;
- Escalation handling;
- Bill processing;
- Petty cash handling
- Responsible for maintaining and up keeping of all materials, chemicals, tools and equipments used at the site.
- FM shall be wholly and solely the custodian of all assets issued by the agency at the site. Thus he will be responsible for any maintenance of those items.
