Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Production Support
-
Assist production workers in the assembly and manufacturing of brushes.

Help in the setup and operation of machinery used in brush production, including mixing, trimming, and packaging equipment.

Carry out manual tasks such as feeding raw materials into machines and moving materials to the production line.

Operate or assist in the operation of machines that are used for brush-making, including trimming and shaping brushes.

Monitor production lines and report any issues with machinery or production processes to the supervisor.
Quality Control

Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues during and after production.

Ensure that the brushes meet the required specifications and standards by performing basic quality checks (e.g., bristle count, brush size, handle quality).

Assist with sorting and packaging of finished products to prepare them for shipping or storage.

Assist in labeling products with batch numbers, dates, and other required information.
Warehouse and Inventory Management

Assist with the storage and organization of raw materials and finished products in the warehouse.

Help with loading and unloading of supplies, tools, and materials.

Ensure that inventory is properly organized and easily accessible for production use.

Report material shortages or stock issues to the warehouse manager or supervisor.
Maintenance and Cleanliness

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and cleanliness standards.

Assist in the regular cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and machines to ensure optimal operation.

Sweep and clean the factory floor, ensuring that debris and waste materials are disposed of properly.

Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily manufacturing targets.

Follow instructions and procedures carefully to ensure the efficient operation of production lines.

Communicate effectively with other factory workers, offering assistance where needed to complete tasks on time.
