Factory Services Consultant

Position Requirements:

The person need to interact with sales team and customers to understand the Imaging requirement and must be skilled to lead and guide Factory service relates technical solution discussions with all customer levels.
Develop, Design, Implement and Deliver OS Image Consulting service for customers with any OS for cloning with Custom Factory Integration (CFI).
Hands-on experience in managing, planning and executing end to end IT delivery solutions. Strong experience and domain knowledge on IT
Infrastructure Management. Good presentation skills and consulting expertise in design, development and implementation of onshore/offshore methodologies
Possesses problem solving skills in all aspects of project management
manages relationship with customer, develops and maintains customer relationships, acting as customer SPOC
interacts with assigned Lenovo customers and provides support on tasks delivery
provides leadership and direction to ensure consistent performance is provided, quality work is implemented and projects are completed on time per customer's requirements
monitors SLA to meet and achieve requirements by analysing any issues that rise and helps create an immediate action plan to meet the SLA, can eliminates risks and issues
assesses and evaluates all processes and procedures for improvement. Provides feedback to the development of the customer contract / SOW
understands the customer contract / SOW
communicates with management, executive level
communicates with customer regarding project status, risks and issues on a regular basis
keeps track of individual projects, ensures timely delivery
must be able to summarize complex IT processes into cost and then present findings and recommendations to customer’s executive level.
