Factory Supervisor cum Manager

Domjur, Howrah, West Bengal
Head office Location: Camac Street
Salary:
As per Industry Standards & Experience
Duty Hours:
10 to 12 Hours per day
Qualification:
- Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) OR Graduate
- Basic Computer Knowledge required
- Must be comfortable using Mobile/Smartphone
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory production activities
- Manage workers and shift operations
- Ensure production targets are met on time
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and work reporting
- Coordinate with management for stock and material control
- Basic computer data entry and reporting work
- Ensure smooth workflow in manufacturing process
Required Skills:
- Leadership & team handling ability
- Basic computer operation (Excel / data entry)
- Good communication & management skills
- Responsibility and punctuality
