Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring Factory Workers (Freshers) for our manufacturing plant located in Goregaon. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting manual or semi-automated filling operations and maintaining smooth workflow on the production line.
You will work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet the required standards and report any defects or process issues promptly. Candidates residing in or near Goregaon will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual or semi-automated filling of products as per instructions
-
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness, quantity, and safety
-
Monitor machines (if semi-automated) and ensure timely refilling or product replacement
-
Work with the Quality Control team to verify product quality at each stage
-
Report defective items, leakage, or inconsistencies in packaging or filling
-
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment
-
Assist in packing, labeling, or sorting tasks when needed
-
Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards inside the plant

Cooperate with team members and take guidance from supervisors
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 10th Pass

Experience:

Freshers are welcome

Prior experience in a factory or production setup is a plus

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Goregaon (West or East) will be preferred
Skills Required:

Willingness to perform repetitive tasks

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
