Job Description:
We are looking for hardworking Factory Worker to join our team. You will support production processes, operate machinery, handle materials, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist with assembly, packaging, and inspection of products.
· Operate factory machinery and tools.
· Ensure product quality and meet production goals.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to [weight] and stand for extended periods.
· Previous factory or warehouse experience is a plus.
· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
· Willingness to work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in production or assembly line tasks as per supervisor instructions

Operate basic machines and equipment (after training)

Pack, label, and seal products as per quality standards

Load/unload raw materials or finished goods

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

Follow workplace safety rules and use protective gear when required

Report any machine faults or issues to supervisors immediately

Support other departments as required (e.g., store, maintenance, cleaning)
