Factory Worker/ Pellet operator
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled factory worker to operate the pellet machine in our Pashu Aahar (animal feed) factory. The candidate will also assist with general factory work and maintain proper stock records of raw materials and finished goods.
1. Pellet Machine Operation
-
Operate and monitor the pellet feed making machine
-
Ensure proper feed quality and pellet size
-
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and inform the supervisor for major repairs
-
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the machine
2. General Factory Work
-
Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products
-
Help with mixing, bagging, weighing, and stacking of feed
-
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area
3. Stock Management
-
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
-
Count and report daily stock usage and balance
-
Assist in monthly stock audits
-
Ensure proper storage and labelling of materials
Basic education (10th pass preferred)
Experience in animal feed or manufacturing unit is a plus
Physically fit and willing to do manual work
Basic knowledge of handling machines and stock records
Honest, punctual, and responsible
