Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Faculty / Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for both academic teaching and student counselling. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics, who can guide NEET aspirants through effective teaching methods while also assisting parents and students in the admission process and academic planning. The position demands strong subject knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students towards success.
Key Responsibilities
Faculty Role – Academic Teaching & Mentorship

Deliver high-quality classroom sessions in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics for NEET aspirants.

Develop lesson plans, course content, and curriculum aligned with NEET exam patterns.

Prepare study materials, assignments, and practice tests for students.

Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Monitor individual student progress and provide personalized academic support.

Stay updated with the latest NEET syllabus changes, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.
Counsellor Role – Admission & Student Support

Guide students and parents during the admission process, explaining course structure, fee details, and academic expectations.

Counsel students about career paths in medical fields, eligibility requirements, and preparation strategies.

Address queries from parents regarding academic performance, preparation schedules, and progress reports.

Assist in organizing orientation programs, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.

Provide continuous motivation and guidance to students, helping them cope with exam stress and preparation challenges.
Skills & Competencies Required

Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics.

Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to simplify complex topics and make sessions interactive.

Knowledge of NEET exam format, question trends, and problem-solving techniques.

Empathetic and approachable personality with good counselling skills.

Strong organizational skills for managing curriculum and admissions simultaneously.
