/Hostel Superintendents/ Maintenance Foreman-cum-Caretaker job vacancies in Institute
of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (Kolkata)
1. Faculty
Qualifications: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Hotel Management after 10+2 from a Recognized University and full time Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Hotel Management securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate either in Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Or Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/Hotel Management after 10+2 from a Recognized University securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate with at least 2 years industry experience.
Desirable : Should have teaching competence in all Hotel Management subjects [including ancillary subjects].
Age :18 to 30 years. However upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/ST and departmental candidates as specified for other categories by G.O.I from time to time.
2. Maintenance Foreman-cum-Caretaker Job should be assigned to suitable firm or person on contractual basis.
Preference would be given to person having practical experience of Electrical and Maintenance job and knowledge of general repairing work. Teaching experience in any stream of Engineering preferably in Civil.
3. Hostel Superintendents for Gents and Ladies Hostels Qualification & Experience Graduate and experience in relevant field.
Remuneration For all the above mentioned Posts (Sl. No. 1, 2 & 3) remuneration will be commensurate with Qualifications and Experiences.
