The Medical College at Ner Chowk was founded by Sh. Oskar Fernandes the hon’ble Labour & Employment Minister GOI in the year 2009. In the year 2012, Prof Dr D.S. Dhiman was appointed first Dean of the college by ESIC. In the year 2012-13, ESIC applied to MCI for inspection but the LOP could not be granted to ESIC on account of, various aministrative reasons. In the year 2013-14 & 2014-15 the same situation prevailed.
