Job Description

  • Attend necessary T3 (Train The Trainer) training and certify prior to handle the classes.
  • Planning the module and session coverage using milestones adhering to the methodology. 
  • Usage of appropriate guidelines and technical reference material to conduct session. 
  • Ensuring fair conduct of student module appraisals and giving instant feedback to the students. 
  • Maintaining relevant records of education delivery and student appraisal in the batch file using the QMS standard formats of the institution. 
  • Reporting machine related faults, maintenance requests and reference material replacement requests to the relevant authorities. 
  • Ensure timely batch closure.
  • Actively participate in counseling session if requested by counselor on technical area. 
  • Participating in the monthly review of Education Delivery by Academic Head/Centre Manager/ review & audits. 
  • Participate in batch hand-over / take-over review with Academic Heads & when required. 
  • Monitor and mentor the students with right focus according to their aspiration. 
  • Implement Self Development plan & Execution of that on time and every time. 
  • Updating the current industry trend and relating the study subject with the new trends in the industry. 
  • Ensure the students are getting their certificates and Semester Performance Report on time. 
  • Actively participate in the Batch reviews with Academic Head and make the necessary reports and send to HO and also the periodic reports to HO and Management
