02.Electrical Engineering : B.E. / B.Tech. & M.E. / M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first division & Ph.D. in relevant area/specialization.

03.Electronics & Communication Engineering: B.E. / B.Tech. & M.E. / M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first division & Ph.D. in relevant area/specialization.

04.Information Technology : B.E. / B.Tech. & M.E. / M.Tech. in relevant discipline with first division & Ph.D. in relevant area/specialization

Temporary Faculty(M.Tech with Ph.D and experience) Rs. 45,000/- per month

Temporary Faculty(M. Tech/M.Sc with Ph.D/ MA with Ph.D) Rs. 40,000/- per month.

Teaching Assistant (B.Tech/M.Sc/MA) Rs. 30,000/- per month.
