Fashion Advisor (Business Development Executive)Company: ROSLIS RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITEDLocation: Thrissur, Kerala, India1SummaryWe're looking for a highly motivated and stylish Fashion Advisor/Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Thrissur. This role is a perfect blend of sales and customer relationship management, focusing on expanding our client base and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition and Sales:Proactively identify and acquire new clients, including individual shoppers and corporate accounts.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business development targets.Pitch our fashion products and styling services to prospective clients in a compelling way.Negotiate and close sales, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse clientele to ensure repeat business and referrals.Conduct personalized fashion consultations, providing expert advice on styling, wardrobe curation, and special occasion dressing.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.Market and Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to our design and marketing teams.Operational and Collaborative Duties:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and effective business strategy.Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: We welcome candidates with a +2 (12th grade), Diploma, or Degree. While a formal degree is a plus, your relevant experience and passion for the role are what matter most.Experience: Proven experience in a sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the fashion, luxury goods, or retail industry.Fashion Expertise: A keen eye for style and a comprehensive knowledge of fashion trends, designers, fabrics, and styling techniques.Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.Incentives: Performance-based incentives to reward top performers.Health Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance coverage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
