Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Studio Assistance
-
Assist fashion designers in preparing mood boards, sketching, and sample development.

Support the coordination of fittings, alterations, and sample deliveries.
-
Organize fabrics, trims, and raw materials for collections.
-
Maintain sample records and assist with quality checks.
-
Help prepare looks for photoshoots, runway shows, or presentations.
2. Styling & Visual Merchandising Support
-
Assist stylists with look selection, garment prep, and shoot coordination.
-
Help dress models and maintain garments during shoots or events.
-
Contribute to the setup of store displays, mannequins, and visual merchandising themes.
-
Ensure that all garments and accessories are clean, steamed, and properly labeled.
3. Retail and Showroom Duties
-
Greet and assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations.
-
Handle fittings, suggest outfit combinations, and provide a luxury experience.
-
Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the back office.
-
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store or showroom.
4. Administrative & Logistical Support
-
Coordinate sample pickups and deliveries with logistics or courier services.
-
Maintain detailed logs of samples, outfits sent for shoots, and their return status.

Assist in organizing events, trunk shows, or pop-up shops.

Provide general support to senior designers, stylists, or store managers.
5. Social Media & Marketing Support (Optional)
-
Help create behind-the-scenes content for social media (e.g., styling tips, shoot footage, etc.).

Participate in brainstorming campaigns, lookbooks, and seasonal content.
-
Work with the marketing team to tag and organize visuals for brand storytelling.
