Job Description
POME, the premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brand from Westside, is hiring Fashion Consultants for Jewellery Sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining jewellery products, and driving sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products based on their requirements.- Explain product features, designs, quality and pricing to customers.- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales.- Maintain proper product presentation and visual merchandising standards.- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.- Follow company sales processes, store policies and service standards.- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Jewellery Sales is required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good product explanation and selling skills.- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.- Presentable personality and professional appearance.- Candidates with relevant jewellery/retail sales experience will be preferred.
