Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Trend Research
- Assist in researching uniform trends, fabrics, and styling options.
- Help in designing uniforms that balance aesthetic appeal, comfort, and functionality.
- Support in creating color palettes, sketches, and digital renderings.
2. Client Consultation & Customization
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand requirements, themes, and design preferences.
- Provide recommendations on fabric types, cuts, and fits.
- Assist in customizing uniforms based on industry standards (corporate, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).
3. Material & Production Coordination
- Work closely with textile suppliers to evaluate fabrics and accessories.
- Assist in sampling and prototype development.
- Ensure the selected materials align with durability, cost-effectiveness, and comfort.
4. Quality Control & Fittings
- Participate in uniform trials and fittings to ensure the best fit and comfort.
- Identify and suggest improvements in stitching, fit, and overall design.
- Help maintain quality control standards throughout production.
5. Marketing & Branding Support
- Assist in creating promotional material showcasing uniform collections.
- Support in photoshoots, catalogs, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Help in social media updates and trend analysis for uniform branding.
