Position: Fashion Design Intern

• Chirkutt.in is platform wherein we provide a range of quirky products. We have our products ranging from quirky jewellery to some out of the box footwear.
  
• We are planning on expanding our merchandise section, both for men and women. The opportunity for the internship is for someone who would help us take this forward with a creative zeal.
  
• As an intern, you will be responsible for designing the merchandise, right from sketching to converting it into a garment.
  
• Be a fashion scientist and get us some quirky design themes along with the details like name of the theme, fabric sourcing for the theme.
  
• You might have to travel for sourcing of the fabric both in and out of Pune.
  
• Assist us in the photo shoots.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge; ability to learn how to design through new/advanced technology (e.g., on-line spec program).
• Basic product and fabric knowledge.
• Basic understanding of garment construction.
• Basic design and color sense.
• Ability to perform basic flat sketches.
• Basic organizational and communication skills.
  
• College degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• Benefits:The working hours are totally dependent on the interns availability.

• PPO shall be offered if need be considering the performance during the internship.
