Job Description
About the internship
We are looking to hire a fashion design intern to handle day-to-day responsibility with out-of-the-box thinking to capture the mood of an exquisite women's fashion collection.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, techniques and seeking design inspiration
2. Assisting a collection from the research to selecting styles, fabrics, colors, trims, and creating fabric manipulations
3. Ensuring the design is in agreement with the business strategy
4. Creating production sketches
5. Assisting and coordinating with the production of the garments
6. Identifying and keeping up-to-date with designs and trends around the world

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Apr'21 and 30th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Must have the ability to spot trends and curating timeless pieces
2. Must have a good knowledge of fashion illustrations and technical production drawings (by hand and using software)
3. Must have knowledge of either Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
4. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Must have good communication skills
6. Must have the ability to work under pressure
