Job Description
1. Restyling and upcycling clothes from our existing collections as per the company guidelines
2. Creating a directory of fabric
3. Creating and regularly update the directory of design aspects
4. Engaging in the usability study of the input textile sourced
5. Creating mood-boards and designs for our restyled products
6. Creating sewing patterns or production sketches for restyled features
7. Providing guidance and overseeing the production process
8. Working on prototyping and sampling
9. Assisting in product styling for shoots and creating mood boards for photoshoots
10. Collaborating with other team members to ensure that the inventory product cycle is smooth and uninterrupted

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Jul'21 and 25th Aug'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Bangalore
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a background in fashion and design
2. Strong graphic skills: should be able to create designs, patterns, and mood-boards on Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills should have a collaborative mindset
4. Should be proficient with basic software such as Google Drive, and Excel
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25 per sale).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
