We are looking for an experienced 3D Fashion Designer.
1. Someone who is well-versed with the CLO3D software and garment construction.
2. Knowledge of Modelling, Rendering, lighting, materials, textures, and resource optimization.
3. Who has already worked on designing menswear.
4. Advanced knowledge on draping, pattern-making, cutting & stitching of menswear.
5. Should be creative with good design ideas & be capable of executing the garment design as per the given brief/deadline.
6. Highly innovative and creative.
7. Good grasping power.
8. Self-motivated & has work ethics.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Execute and launch 10-15 designs every week. Take initiative and work independently to execute the entire collection end-to-end. Right from sketching to 3D pattern making and rendering.
2. Execute 5-10 creatives every week to communicate the new collection effectively.
3. Manage & execute Adhoc tasks in 3D pattern making and rendering.
4. Overlook the merchandising, production, and operational tasks.
5. Create and analyze design reports.
6. Research, ideate, implement and execute improved strategies for increasing design efficiency.
