Job Description
7d Ad Valley is a new start-up located in Rayasandra, Bangalore is an advertising, fashion modeling ,wedding shoots and content creation company. We are looking for aspiring female candidates who likes to enter into fashion modeling/acting verticals along working with startups in bootstrap stage who can understand the limitations and advantages of being part of core team formation. Individuals who have passion towards modeling/acting and ready to join start-up's rather than established firms will have added advantage. Candidates who can take charge and work autonomously will be preferred. Anybody who match these requirements can apply. Freshers are also welcomed.
Individuals who are looking for some part time job or for lucky try kindly don't apply if you are not really passionate about modeling consciously as we need candidates who value time and growth in fashion modeling/acting domain .
Roles and Responsibilities
* Brainstorming discussions.
* Trial Shoots for building photogenic abilities, camera consciousness.
* Theme setting for indoor & outdoor fashion shoots.
* Private shoots for developing conceptual couple modeling storyboard portfolio for film, greek art painting projects.
* Altering sessions for fashion designers, stylists
* Behaviour Adaptability Training (BTA).
* Acting workshop, role play training campaign for Short Film, Advertisement projects.
* Upskilling the practical ability on makeup skills.
* Dedicated portfolio shoot( Free of cost).
The shoot is particularly for building modeling, acting, photography portfolio of founder and social media marketing as part of founders office operations .If you get selected you will be assigned as fashion modeling/acting intern for 3 months during in which trials and training would be provided before the photoshoots. Timings would be Mon-Fri,10 30 am -7 00 pm (flexible shifts), salary would be between ₹5,000- ₹15,000 based on your experience, skills, pro activeness and performance evaluation. Depends upon your performance, adaptability and skill sets further opportunities including celebrity profile management will be provided in future after internship where you pay may raise upto ₹50,000 . Most importantly as a candidate we are expecting them to be the individual decision maker, bold, genuine fascination towards western wears which may include party wears, professional wears, bikinis, lingeries etc depends upon theme for fashion shoots, advertisement shoots, short films, art projects requirement rather than Indian traditional. We welcome only the candidates who genuinely visualise modeling/acting carrier growth through international school of thought than indian school of thought, ready to put passion, patience to give time before growth and willingness to put the best efforts as we have a upcoming shoots. If you have the time (not only weekends) to invest for prepping, training and dedication then only proceed as these are essential for best results, especially if you are a fresher.
