Job Title: Fashion Designer - Ethnic Wear

We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our team, specializing in ethnic Indian wear for women. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, understanding of Indian fabrics, and hands-on experience in sketching and developing samples.
Key Responsibilities:

Design ethnic wear collections including sarees, suits, lehengas, and kurta sets.

Create mood boards, color palettes, and sketches.

Coordinate with sampling units, tailors, and embroidery artisans.

Develop tech packs and spec sheets.

Stay updated with fashion trends and market preferences.
Skills Required:
