Job Summary
A renowned 20 year old luxury hi-fashion apparel export house in Noida Sector-4 is looking for an experienced documentation executive to manage following functions :
(Apply only if you are comfortable with a six day work routine (Mon-Sat) 9:30 am to 6 pm)
- Developing seasonal mood-boards, sketch boards, colour palettes, textures, developing motifs/khakas for embroidery and print development.
- Developing new silhouettes and looks in sync with trends using Patternmaking.
- Maintaining sketchbooks with technical drawing, measurements, material consumptions, costing.
- Executing sampling by coordinating with pattern cutters, tailors, fabric vendors/weavers, dyers, printers and embroiderers.
- Work towards critical deadlines by organising the schedule of work and coordinating with a small team.
- Allocate work appropriately to ensure deadlines and design quality is maintained. Advising where necessary on problem solving for production issues.
- Sourcing and designing the right trims and accessories as per requirement.
- Assisting in executing photo shoots, designing seasonal catalogues, etc. using Corel Draw, Photoshop
- Liaison with stores, stylist etc.
- Assisting in buyer meetings, exhibitions
- Able to handle from 'idea to execution'
- Manage the entire product line cycle from design planning to product development.
- Deliver the best & creative designs.
- Research for new product ,new fabrics & product enhancement
- Manages & coordinate product development stage.
- Evaluate & resolve design optimisation, select correct design concepts
- Competition research in terms of designs & market analysis to come with marketable styles.
