Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Enterprise Program Associate for the the project named 'Kala Maitri' located in Indore. The Enterprise Program Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day program management, project management, program development, communication, and customer service. he/she will also be responsible for managing relationships with SHG women and customers. Planning and executing marketing strategies like exhibition and stalls to improve outreach of kala maitri.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Program Management and Project Management skills.
  • Develop market penetration strategies to expand the reach of Kala Maitri products.
  • Draft proposals to apply for grants and institutional collaborations.
  • Ability in collaborating with various government stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and DataAnalysis.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Experience in the Textile Industry and Fashion Designing is preferred.
