Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Energetic, talented individuals committed to the cause of Education, Skilling, and Employability.
Fellows can be straight out of college or teachers or those who are looking for fresh start in their career.
Minimum Qualification – Graduate (any discipline)
Basic computer knowledge(with certificate)

Where will you teach?

In Govt. Schools/Colleges/ Community Centers during after school hours in Mumbai suburbs (Central line – Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli; Harbor line- Govandi, Mankhurd; Western line- Borivali, Kandivali)and neighboring areas/districts like Badlapur & Ambernath mostly between 5-8 pm, Monday to Saturday.
We are still in the process of finalizing the locations but centers will be opened in any of these mentioned areas.
We are hiring for phase II of our project.

What are the major responsibilities?

These are full-time positions (with flexibility during mobilization hours) and primary responsibilities will include

Mobilization of students from nearby communities and a partner school
Train students in foundational skills for employability, which includes basic digital literacy, math, communication skills etc. using digital devices (Train the trainer program will be organized)
Reporting

Beneficiaries

Youth between the age group of 14-30 years from underserved communities in Mumbai and neighboring areas of Navi Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Pune, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad and Nasik districts. We have already completed our program (phase I) from 10 schools in Navi Mumbai from March 2016 and now have launched phase II.

Remuneration

INR 12,000 per month Experience Certificate
