Job Description

 
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the project team to contribute to the planning and implementation of programmes of Rupantar within your fellowship programme
2. Carry out assigned tasks, research, and analysis to support project objectives
3. Participate actively in project meetings, workshops, and discussions, sharing insights and ideas
4. Carry out successful implementation of Auroscholar, competency-based education, Auro PBL and project inclusion programmes and inspire schools to become role model schools
5. Engage in personal and professional development activities offered through the fellowship programme
6. Visit classrooms to implement, observe and provide feedback on all the SAS programmes
7. Maintain resources, student outcomes, and teacher feedback and involvement and ensure that they align with set goals
8. Advise teachers, students, and parents on the effective use of the programmes in school
9. Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables based on your visits and findings
10. Collaborate with other fellows, mentors, and experts within the fellowship programme
11. Participate in group discussions, knowledge sharing, and peer learning activities
12. Maintain accurate records of program activities, progress, and outcomes
