Job Description
*SCH Global Services Private Limited* is seeking two highly motivated and skilled female candidates to join our team as API Sourcing Executive. This position is based in our Mani Casidona, New Town office.
*Responsibilities:*
* Proactively source Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and pharmaceutical raw materials directly from manufacturers, both domestically and internationally.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their product quality, pricing, and reliability.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with manufacturers, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including purchasing, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless procurement processes.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics related to pharmaceutical raw materials.
* Manage documentation related to sourcing activities, including supplier agreements, product specifications, and regulatory compliance documents.
*Qualifications:*
* Candidates aged 21 to 30.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (written and verbal). Fluency is essential for interacting with manufacturers and other stakeholders.
* Proven experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred, but not required). Candidates with a strong background in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or related fields will also be considered.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Compensation:*
* As per industry standards.
* Attractive commission structure with the potential to earn significant additional income. The commission plan is designed to reward successful sourcing efforts, with the potential to earn commissions up to 100 times the base salary. Details of the commission structure will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
