Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Female Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Consultation & Examination

Greet and assist patients with compassion and professionalism.

Conduct dental check-ups, evaluate oral health, and diagnose common dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth sensitivity.

Take and review dental X-rays as needed and explain findings to patients clearly.
2. Treatment Planning & Execution
-
Provide treatment recommendations based on diagnosis (restorative, preventive, cosmetic, etc.).

Perform dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, fluoride application, temporary dressings, and extractions (under supervision if required).

Assist senior dentists in complex treatments like RCT, crown/bridge placement, implants, and orthodontics.
3. Preventive Dental Care

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, brushing/flossing habits, and dietary choices for dental health.

Encourage patients to return for regular cleanings and follow-up treatments.

Administer preventive treatments like sealants and fluoride therapy as required.
4. Clinic Operations & Patient Management

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment history, and consent forms.

Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed strictly (as per DCI or NABH guidelines).

Coordinate with front office staff for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
5. Continuing Education & Skill Development

Attend internal training, CMEs, dental workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in dentistry.

Collaborate with other dentists and specialists (orthodontists, prosthodontists, endodontists, etc.) for cross-referrals and patient care.
