Orgspire is looking for Fresher (Preferred Female Candidates with Excellent Communication Skill) to join our US IT recruitment Bench Sales team at our Bangalore office located in Koramangala, Bangalore, India.
Skills Needed:- Willing to work in night shifts catering to US Business Hours, Mon - Fri.
- Excellent command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the various technologies in IT Recruitment.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
- Self-Motivated and a Go-getter.
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Salary: 2,40,000/ Year
Shift Time: 07:30 PM IST to 04:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
