Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Bench Sales Recruiter to join our U.S. IT staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, and USC holders), building vendor relationships, and placing consultants on various client requirements.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills. She should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and possess the ability to close positions quickly through strong vendor and client engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Handle Bench Sales / OPT candidates
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidate.
· Identify suitable requirements based on candidate skills.
· Negotiation skills to deal with the client.
· Market and place candidates for various clients.
Requirements:
· Experience: 0-5 years in Bench Sales / Career Advisor
· Skills: Strong communication, marketing, and negotiation skills
· Availability: Must work night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
· Work Mode: 100% Onsite role at Ahmedabad, Gujarat
· Preferred: Immediate joiners
