Job Description
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organisation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and draft detailed job descriptions.
Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Foster long-lasting relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future job openings.
Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in latest recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Bench Candidates:
-
Actively market consultants who are on the bench and available for new assignments.

Understand the consultants’ skill sets, preferences, and availability.

Develop a marketing strategy to present the candidate effectively to potential clients or vendors.

Promote bench consultants using various channels including job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), email campaigns, and vendor contacts.

Building Vendor and Client Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Coordinate with vendors and clients on job requirements and share suitable profiles.

Follow up on submitted profiles and manage the interview and placement process.

Recruitment Coordination:

Work with internal recruiters and technical teams to understand job requirements and identify appropriate candidates.

Align the consultant’s availability and preferences with client expectations.

Schedule interviews, provide interview preparation support, and follow up on feedback.

Candidate Management:

Maintain ongoing communication with bench consultants regarding job leads, interviews, feedback, and offers.

Assist candidates with resume formatting, interview preparation, rate negotiation, and onboarding documentation.

Ensure consultants are informed and updated throughout the process.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements using recruitment tracking tools or spreadsheets.

Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to management.

Ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate for internal tracking and reporting.

Rate Negotiation and Closing Deals:

Negotiate rates with clients and vendors based on consultant expectations and company margins.

Handle contract terms and work closely with legal or HR teams to ensure compliance.

Close deals by ensuring smooth onboarding and post-placement follow-up.

Using Job Portals and Tools:

Search and apply for suitable positions for bench candidates using portals like Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and TechFetch.

Maintain and update the company database with new vendors and job opportunities.
