Job Description

Female Clinic Receptionist at HeartClinic in Goregaon east.
Working hours 3-9 pm

Job duty includes open and close clinic, attend phone calls, give appointment and send address, print prescription, Be present with female patient during examination

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients when they arrive at the office

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Maintain and update patient records and documentation

Process billing and insurance information

Coordinate with medical staff and assist with administrative tasks

Ensure the waiting area is clean and welcoming

Assist with patient paperwork and data entry

Skills:

Knowledge of medical terminology

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
