Location: Sarangpur Ahmedabad

Position: Female Computer Operator

Job Responsibilities :

Booking and Delivery Updates:

Manage booking records and update delivery statuses in the system.
Coordinate with delivery staff for timely updates on courier status.

Forwarding Management:

Update forwarding details for inter-city or inter-branch shipments.
Ensure accuracy in package routing.

Data Management:

Maintain and organize shipment records, customer details, and courier logs.
Regularly update Excel sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

Image Handling:

Upload, store, and retrieve images related to courier shipments (e.g., package photos, proof of delivery).

Admin Panel Operations:

Work with the company’s admin panel for managing bookings, deliveries, and data input.
Ensure all updates are accurate and in real-time.

Customer Interaction:

Handle basic customer queries regarding shipment status (if required).
Provide assistance for claims or inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th pass, preferably with a diploma in computer applications.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of data entry and admin panel management.
Familiarity with courier tracking systems (preferred).

Soft Skills:

Good communication skills.
Ability to handle data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience:

Prior experience in a courier/logistics company is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday].
