Job brief

We are looking for a competitive Female Executive - Retail Store Executive to help customers identify and purchase Natural Food Products they desire. The goal is to provide high class customer service.

Their day-to-day duties & responsibilities include:

Generating Sales
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service - Via Call, social media, store visits and weekend markets, Pop-ups, etc.
Managing Regular and weekend Popups, Events, Corporate Engagements, etc.
Managing and coordinating outward orders, booking deliveries and tracking the safe delivery
Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences, timely follow ups, feedback sharing, product updates, etc.
Duties include attending walk in customers, selling, restocking and merchandising.
Keeping the track products of in-house store fully stocked
Maintaining sales report , and also daily inward and outward of materials

Requirements and skills

Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in English
Reliable and dependable, Self-motivated.
Comfortable with the physical demand of the role.
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
Proven working experience in Sales & retail store
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
Flexible attitude towards working hours
