Job Summary
We are looking for a well-groomed, fashion-savvy, and customer-oriented Female Fashion Consultant to join our sales and styling team. The ideal candidate will guide customers in selecting clothing and accessories that complement their style, body type, and personality while promoting brand products effectively. The Fashion Consultant should possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of current fashion trends, and a passion for helping others look and feel their best.
This role combines elements of fashion styling, customer service, and retail sales, offering a creative yet structured career path in the growing fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Styling & Assistance

Greet walk-in customers and understand their fashion preferences, requirements, and budget.

Provide personalized styling advice based on the customer’s body type, occasion, color preferences, and latest fashion trends.

Recommend clothing combinations, accessories, and footwear that enhance the customer’s look and match current collections.

Help customers try on outfits and suggest fit or size alternatives when needed.
2. Product Knowledge & Promotion

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s clothing lines, fabrics, fits, cuts, and features.

Educate customers about new arrivals, ongoing offers, and exclusive collections.

Promote upselling and cross-selling by pairing outfits with suitable accessories, handbags, scarves, or shoes.

Share information about fashion care tips, fabric handling, and wardrobe planning if asked.
3. Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance

Support in organizing displays, mannequins, and visual presentation of products in alignment with brand guidelines.

Ensure that the store looks clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Assist in changing displays based on new collections, seasons, or promotional campaigns.
4. Sales Target Achievement

Drive store sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and converting walk-ins to buyers.

Maintain daily sales records and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Encourage repeat purchases through friendly follow-ups, loyalty programs, or membership enrollment.
5. Customer Relationship & Feedback

Build long-term relationships with regular customers through attentive service and styling support.

Collect feedback about fashion preferences, satisfaction levels, and service quality.

Assist in maintaining a customer database with personal preferences, sizes, and important dates (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
6. Inventory & Stock Support

Monitor availability of sizes, colors, and stock levels on the shop floor.

Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and coordination with the stockroom.

Report low-stock or fast-moving items to the store manager or merchandising team.
