Job Description

We are seeking a female HR Trainee to join our team, bringing fresh perspectives and strong communication skills to support our HR initiatives. IFortis Worldwide is a global leader in HR solutions, dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain employee records by adding new hiring information, evaluate resumes, and schedule interviews.
2. Ensure team meets weekly business engagement metrics, manage team operations effectively.
3. Coordinate initiatives with IFORTIS WORLDWIDE management, representing and speaking on behalf of the company.
4. Provide leadership and accountability for your own group's management.

Qualifications:
1. Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee records and scheduling interviews.
2. Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
