Job Summary
We are looking for an elegant, articulate, and customer-focused Female In-House Sales Executive to join our prestigious jewellery showroom that caters to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). The ideal candidate must come from a jewellery background, possess strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu, and demonstrate the ability to handle premium clients with professionalism, grace, and confidence.
As a Sales Executive in a luxury setting, you will be the face of the brand and responsible for offering a personalized, high-end shopping experience. A polished personality, keen sense of fashion and jewellery trends, and deep product knowledge are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. In-Store Client Interaction

Greet walk-in clients with warmth, politeness, and elegance in line with brand standards.

Understand client needs and showcase appropriate jewellery collections, providing detailed information about design, quality, pricing, and making charges.

Maintain a refined demeanor, using courteous language and high service etiquette while interacting with clients from affluent backgrounds.

Offer tailored recommendations based on the customer’s style preferences, occasion, and budget.
2. Jewellery Sales & Conversion

Drive high-value sales by guiding customers through the complete buying journey.

Build client trust by educating them on jewellery types (gold, diamonds, platinum, etc.), certifications, and after-sale services.

Achieve individual and store sales targets, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.

Confidently handle price negotiations (within the approved margin) with clients when required.
3. Client Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers.

Capture client details, preferences, and special dates for follow-up, new launches, and festival promotions.

Provide VIP-level post-sale support, including coordination for product customization, delivery, or services like polishing/resizing.

Ensure confidentiality and discreet service for high-profile clients.
4. Product Knowledge & Display

Keep yourself updated on the latest jewellery trends, new arrivals, pricing structures, and inventory levels.

Ensure all displayed products are clean, well-lit, properly tagged, and attractively arranged.

Suggest improvements in product placement or showroom layout based on client preferences and movement.
5. Team Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with showroom managers, designers, inventory staff, and billing teams for seamless client experience.

Attend daily briefings and participate in training on new collections or brand campaigns.

Maintain accurate sales records, client communication logs, and daily sales reporting.
Key Skills & Qualities
Language Proficiency

Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu – spoken and written.

Ability to switch languages fluently based on client preference is a strong advantage.
Customer Service

Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills with a high degree of patience and diplomacy.

Confident, poised, and emotionally intelligent to deal with demanding or detail-oriented HNI customers.
Sales Ability

Proven ability to close high-ticket sales with ease and grace.

Product knowledge of fine jewellery including diamonds, solitaires, gemstones, gold quality, BIS hallmarking, etc.
Personality & Grooming

Well-groomed appearance with polished presentation skills, appropriate for a luxury retail setting.

Excellent dressing sense and personal grooming as per premium showroom standards.

Friendly, confident, calm, and highly presentable.
