Job Description

- Respond to online inquiries of product.

- Follow up leads on call.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and customer preferences.
Define and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Set short- and long-term KPIs for marketing campaigns and track performance.

2. Brand Management:

Build a strong brand presence across all channels, including digital, print, and on-ground.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Oversee content creation for brochures, social media, websites, and marketing collaterals.

3. Digital Marketing Oversight:

Lead SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing strategies.
Supervise digital campaign execution including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Work closely with graphic designers and content writers to manage the digital content calendar.
Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Business Suite.

4. Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, interns, and vendors.
Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align goals.
Organize internal team meetings and training to enhance productivity and creativity.

5. Event and Promotion Management:

Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and brand activations.
Coordinate with event vendors, partners, and media agencies.
Support in launching new products or services with strong go-to-market plans.

6. Customer Engagement and Retention:

Create loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and personalized communications to engage customers.
Use CRM tools to analyze customer data and behavior patterns.
Gather and act on customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.

7. Public Relations and Communication:

Build media relations and manage public communication, press releases, and PR campaigns.
Handle crisis communication, brand reputation management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) promotions.
