We are an International Chemical trading company. We are looking for female office assistant to do the general office work like Emails, Letters, documentation, customer follows ups via emails and calls.
Looking for a Graduate girl with Fresh or min 1-2 years of experience. Well verse with English communication - Verbal and Written, MS office (specially excel).
We are located in Ghatkopar West.
We are strictly looking for FEMALE candidate, hence MALE candidates kindly excuse.

Sorting and sending mail
Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated
Completing banking transactions and carrying out basic bookkeeping
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Welcoming visitors to the office
Providing visitors with information
Resolving office-related issues
