Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and Calendar Management:

    • Manage and organize the individual’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.

    • Prioritize and ensure all events, travel, and meetings are properly coordinated.

    • Remind and prepare the individual for upcoming appointments, events, and deadlines.

  2. Personal Affairs Management:

    • Handle personal tasks such as managing household staff, scheduling personal appointments (medical, beauty, etc.), and overseeing daily personal errands.

    • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors for personal and household services.

    • Assist with managing family events, including planning birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions.

  3. Travel Arrangements:

    • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary management.

    • Ensure smooth travel logistics, including providing travel-related documentation and accommodations.

    • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all needs are met during travel.

  4. Correspondence Management:

    • Handle incoming and outgoing personal correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail.

    • Draft and proofread personal letters, invitations, and other communication as needed.

    • Ensure that all personal and business-related communications are handled in a timely and professional manner.

  5. Event Planning and Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and organizing events such as business conferences, social gatherings, and private family events.

    • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event staff to ensure smooth execution.

    • Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and all logistics involved in the event planning process.

  6. Financial Management and Budgeting:

    • Help manage personal finances, including tracking expenses, managing personal accounts, and preparing reports on financial activities.

    • Assist with budgeting for personal events, travel, or large purchases.

    • Work with accountants, financial advisors, or other professionals to ensure financial tasks are handled appropriately.

  7. Confidentiality and Discretion:

    • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters.

    • Safeguard sensitive information related to personal and business activities.

    • Be trusted with personal and private matters, requiring a high level of integrity and trustworthiness.

  8. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support, including organizing documents, filing important papers, and preparing reports.

    • Assist with research and gathering information for various personal or professional needs.

  9. General Assistance:
