Position Overview:

The Female Personal Secretary will act as a vital point of coordination between the management team, clients, and creative teams. The role blends administrative support, social media lead generation, video production assistance, client development, and on-site travel for shoots and pitches. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Personal Assistance

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the management and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for business meetings, shoots, and client visits.

  • Maintain organized records of projects, client communications, and lead pipelines.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

2. Social Media Lead Generation

  • Identify potential leads through social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

  • Research and engage with target audiences to build brand awareness.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to run lead generation campaigns.

  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.

3. Video Production Assistance

  • Support the creative team during pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

  • Help with organizing shoot schedules, locations, and equipment arrangements.

  • Coordinate with production crew, models, actors, and clients during filming.

  • Assist in creating behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes.

4. Client Development

  • Assist in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and creative briefs for client meetings.

  • Accompany management during client pitches to provide creative input and support.

  • Follow up with clients post-meeting to ensure satisfaction and progress.

5. Travel for Shooting & Client Pitching

  • Be available for domestic or international travel as required by project schedules.

  • Coordinate travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and on-site requirements.

  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creativity and a keen eye for branding, marketing, and content.

  • Adaptability to handle varied tasks from administration to creative support.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media marketing tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Confident public speaking and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel at short notice.
