Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and personal assistance to a senior executive. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and proactive, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize the executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

2. Travel & Event Coordination

  • Plan and arrange business trips, hotel bookings, and transport.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and events.

3. Office & Personal Assistance

  • Maintain confidential files and documents.
  • Handle office administration and coordination with teams.
  • Assist in personal tasks, errands, and daily routines.

4. Communication & Client Interaction

  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with clients and vendors.

Technical & Soft Skills:

✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
✔ Strong time management & multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Email Handling.
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
