Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our dental clinic as a Female Receptionist cum Assistant. This dual-role position involves both front desk responsibilities and clinical assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:-
Greet patients warmly and professionally

Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups using dental software

Handle phone calls, emails, and patient queries

Maintain and update patient records
-
Process billing and payments; issue receipts
-
Ensure a clean, welcoming reception area

Assist the dentist during procedures (chairside assisting)

Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms
-
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Maintain inventory of dental supplies

Adhere to infection control protocols

Minimum 12th pass; diploma or training in dental assisting is a plus

Prior experience in a dental/medical clinic is preferred

Good communication skills in English and local language

Basic computer skills (knowledge of dental software is a bonus)

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Friendly, patient-focused, and professional demeanor

Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM, 5-9PM
