Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and comfortable. Direct them to the appropriate department or individual based on the purpose of their visit.

Phone Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Route calls to the correct departments or personnel and take accurate messages when necessary.

Visitor Log & Security: Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges when required. Ensure that security protocols are followed by all visitors and guests.

Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings. Inform concerned staff about the arrival of guests or clients in a timely manner.

Mail and Courier Management: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and couriers. Assist in sending outgoing mail and packages.

Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative and clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry. Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Clean & Organized Front Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times. This includes managing brochures, magazines, and keeping the desk clean.

Customer Service: Address inquiries from clients or customers in person, by phone, or via email. Offer accurate information regarding company services or operations.

Communication Support: Act as a liaison between departments and help in internal communication when needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream
